ORIGINAL TITLE INSURANCE RATE FOR OWNER'S OR LEASEHOLD POLICIES

An Owner's Policy insuring fee simple estate, will not be issued for less than the full value of the insured's interest in the land. An owner's policy, insuring a leasehold estate, will not be issued for less than the aggregate value of the rentals payable under the primary term of the lease, in connection with which policy is requested, or the full value of the land, whichever is less.

The rate for original owner's or leasehold insurance is:

*Please note Conveyance Fees differ by county: Franklin County charges $2 for each $1,000 plus 50 cents per parcel, while Delaware County charges $3 for each $1,000 plus 50 cents per parcel and Fairfield County charges $4 for each $1,000 plus 50 cents per parcel. Our office can provide you with the county conveyance fees for all other counties in Ohio.
